Take a filmic journey with Alexandra Amon

You can see one of our favorite young Ivorian actresses, Alexandra Amon, in a new Ghanaian feature film, Yvonne Nelson’s Fix Us, which has been picked up by streaming giant Netflix and can now be streamed worldwide on the platform.

Alexandra Amon

Fix Us tells the story of three young women—Naadie (Yvonne Nelson), Chioma (Yvonne Okoro), and Jaya (Alexandra Amon)—who meet at an audition, sharing the common, art-imitating-life dream of becoming well-known actresses. However, when their dreams start coming true, the three women start to realize that they may want more from life than stardom. Fix Us takes its characters, and the viewer, on a journey of faith, destiny, and, above all, friendship.

In addition to the Nelson, Okoro, and Amon, the film stars Prince David Osei, Michelle Attoh, Jessica Williams, Belinda Dzattah, Mofe Duncan, and Tobi Bakre.
