Kenyan workers set to contribute 1.5% of salary to new government’s housing levy

Kenyan workers will contribute 1.5% of their salaries starting this April to fund country’s housing project which is part of President Uhuru Kenyatta’s Big Four Agenda.

The Big Four Agenda involves providing affordable housing, food security, affordable healthcare and manufacturing. But some Kenyans on social media are unhappy with the government’s directive.
