17 people killed in Mogadishu attack

At least 17 people were killed and 28 wounded on Monday (July 22nd) in a car bomb explosion near a checkpoint on the road to Mogadishu #airport.

According to Mohamed Yusuf, the director of the Medina hospital, “the 17 bodies of the people who were killed in the blast were admitted to the hospital morgue, while 28 people were admitted for various injuries”.
