The Prime Minister of Mali, Soumeylou Boubeye Maiga, has tendered his resignation alongside his entire cabinet to the country’s president Ibrahim Boubacar Keita following tribal violence and protests that hit the country after the massacre of some 160 Fulani herders by members of a rival community.
