Even with more than 10 million recoveries registered, a vaccine<\/a> is needed to prevent a further spread of the virus. Moreover, the economic impact of the virus in Kenya is even far much reaching. While many African governments prioritizes lives, residents puts livelihood first. They have to get out there to fetch food for their loved ones. <\/strong>In South Africa<\/a> more than 3 million people have lost their jobs. Over one million jobs have been lost in Kenya. The United Nations Development program estimates that Africa will loose half the number of jobs it had before it registered its first COVID-19 case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
